The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. This will be a raffle style contest. For every five dollar donation you will receive a raffle number. If you donate as an example $10.00 you will get two raffle numbers.

The top prize is an Autographed ND Mini helmet signed by Coach Brian Kelly. This item also comes with a Steiner Certificate of Authenticity.
The second prize is an autographed 8x10 framed "the carry off" picture donated and signed by Rudy Ruettiger. (Both items pictured below)

Play Like a Champion Today, Uganda. (3-1-2012 thru 4/30/2012)
Play Like a Champion Today, Uganda is a university initiative that proposes to increase the Notre Dame influence on the continent of Africa. This initiative plans to promote sports as a form of physical, moral and social development for the children in the region.
Our organization, The New Notre Dame Nation is commited in supporting the University of Notre Dame. We were approached to help the PLACT initiative and after one meeting we were spiritually compelled to do exactly that. Our upcoming fundrasing effort has a lofty goal of raising $10,000.00 for the sole purpose of building the new Hopeful School in the village of Kkindu. The current school has no walls, a dirt floor, leaking roof and no desks or even a chalk board. Friends, this simply is not acceptable and the entire Notre Dame family can come together and make the dream of a proper school for these children a reality.
Here is how you can help this great cause and win one of many great prizes.
This is a raffle style event. Each ticket is $5.00 or you can get 6 tickets for $25.00. Any donation of less that $30.00 and your name will be on a plaque in the school. Donate $30.00 or more and a name of your choice will go on a desk in the school. This is how we make this project show your effort. When your donation is made you will get an email confirming your donation and you will also get your raffle ticket number(s). All numbers go in a hopper and on May 1st, 2012 we draw the numbers. Your donation confirmation will include the information for your tax records.

1. Anyone may enter our regular contests. Member Only contest participants must be Official Members of The New ND Nation and names listed under the Official Members and VIP sections of www.thenewndnation.com ALL members excluding DIRECT staff members are eligible to participate in any and all contests.
1a. Team Relentless members are not DIRECT staff members and are not involved in any decision making and are therefore eligible to participate in any and all contests.
2. All entries MUST be submitted to ContactTNNDN@gmail.com prior to the pre-determined contest end date and time. No late entries shall be accepted or used.
3. By submitting any entries to any and all contests participants, acknowledge and agree that @TNNDN and www.thenewndnation.com have the perpetual right and authority to use, publish, display, reproduce and or replicate the usage of all submitted entries/media by the original participant and agree the perpetuity release for the purpose of trade promotion and / or otherwise, without notification or additonal compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4. All winners will be notifed by email. Winners have 72 hours to reply to email to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed in 72 hours will be put back into the prize pool or given to a runner up if applicable.
